The boundry-less mother, conflict avoidant wife and the daughter unable to ask for help, because she took on the role of 'fixer' and 'doer'. This made for an under-charging, over-giving business owner / employee because at the root of it all. A woman who wore a mask of confidence but hidden inside was a self worth wound.
And people think they don't take their wounds into the workplace, but thats exactly what happens. I work with people everyday who have the same problems but can't see it. And it's because of the success, that they can't quite figure out why they feel wired but tired and life has gotten so exhausting and heavy.
